Preparation: Empty contents of 1 packet into bottle (or glass) filled with 8-16 oz. of cold water. Replace lid; shake or stir until Black Powder is dissolved. One packet makes 1 serving.

This product is intended only for consumption by healthy adults 18 years of age and older. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water per day while using this product.
Caution: This product contains caffeine. Do not take within 4 hours of bed time. Do not take more than 3 servings within a 24-hour period.
