As a serious athlete you know just how much intense weight training can break down muscle tissue. Directions:
Mix Ice in cold water with a shaker bottle for best results, split dose and consume before and during your workout. Optimal. For optimal results do not use less than half of the recommended dose. Liquid amounts may vary but a good starting point
