At Knockout Nutrition, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New South Wales and include tracking details once dispatched.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak periods, product launches, or sales events, please allow up to 3–5 business days for dispatch.
- You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable, tracked delivery Australia-wide through Australia Post and other trusted couriers.

Local Pickup / In-Store Collection
We offer free in-store pickup from any Knockout Nutrition store. Simply select “Pick up in-store” at checkout and choose your preferred location. You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting your items.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for large parcels exceeding courier limits.
- Some regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once dispatched, your parcel becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Knockout Nutrition will help you lodge an investigation with the courier if your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at nigel@knockoutnutrition.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming checkout. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at nigel@knockoutnutrition.com.au. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it and additional charges may apply.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock. If you’d like partial shipment of available items, please contact us — additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned for future updates.
